At Chainbull, we provide digital services including blockchain development, marketing, PR distribution, AI solutions, Web3 consulting, and custom software development. Due to the nature of digital and customized services, all payments made to Chainbull are generally non-refundable once the project has been initiated.
Refunds may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:
Duplicate payment made by the client
Service not initiated within the committed timeline (without valid reason or communication)
Inability to deliver the agreed scope due to internal technical limitations (rare cases)
Full cancellation requested before project kickoff and resource allocation
Any approved refund will be processed after internal review and management approval.
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
Press Release (PR) Distribution (Organic or Sponsored) once submitted to media
Blockchain Development (Smart Contracts, DApps, Tokens, Exchanges, Bots)
Marketing Services (SEO, Ads, Influencer Marketing, Shilling, Growth Campaigns)
Custom Software or SaaS Development
Consulting & Strategy Sessions
Listing Services (Exchange, CMC, CG, etc.)
Design, UI/UX, and Branding Deliverables
AI/Automation Solutions and Bots
Once work has started, resources are allocated, and internal costs are incurred.
For milestone-based projects:
Advance payments are non-refundable
Refunds do not apply to completed milestones
Partial refunds (if any) will only be calculated for unworked milestones
Any already delivered work remains the intellectual property of Chainbull until full payment is completed
Chainbull often works with third-party platforms including but not limited to:
News Media & PR Platforms (Forbes, Yahoo Finance, Benzinga, etc.)
Exchanges & Listing Platforms
Ad Networks (Google, Meta, Twitter)
Blockchain Networks & APIs
Refunds for third-party services will strictly follow the respective platform’s refund policies.
Chainbull will not be liable for delays, rejections, suspensions, or policy issues caused by third-party platforms.
Publication timelines depend on editorial approval and media policies
If an article is rejected by a media outlet, alternative placements will be offered
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the media partner’s refund policy
Digital currency payments may incur 2–5% conversion or processing deduction
Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method
Transaction fees, banking charges, and crypto gas fees are non-refundable
For crypto payments, refunds will be processed in USDT/crypto equivalent at the time of refund approval
If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days after project initiation:
The project will be marked as abandoned
No refund will be issued
Restarting the project may require additional fees
Chainbull reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if:
The client provides fraudulent or illegal information
The project violates legal, regulatory, or platform policies
Payment disputes or chargebacks are initiated without prior discussion
Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team first will be considered a breach of agreement.
Chainbull reserves the right to:
Suspend all ongoing services
Revoke delivered licenses or access
Take legal action if necessary
